We moved to Central Australia about three weeks ago. When we got here it was 43C  every day (it was so hot). Now it's only 38C a day. We have a spa in the backyard which we use every day to cool down in. One day Slicingwingman and I were going to hop in the spa, so we turned the pump on and hopped in (splash). We were in there for about 30 seconds when I saw something at the bottom of the pool. Slicingwingman got the net and scooped it up. In the net there was a dead lizard (yulch) it was a gecko lizard. We thought it was gross. We had just recently got a chicken and named her Bess. She lays eggs for us every day and is quite a good hen so Slicingwingman suggested we feed it to Bess. We thought it was a good idea so we fed Bess the dead gecko. We think she liked it - anyway she needed the nutrition.
