COUNTDOWN TO SPRING CONTEST!
I don't know about you, but
I start to get a little stir-crazy at this time of year.
I'm tired of winter and ready for spring.
If you can relate, then I've got a fun contest for you.
Together, we'll countdown the days 'til spring.....
......then, on the first day of spring~
March 20th (my birthday)~
I'll give away some fun prizes.
Here's a sneak peek at what you could win:

Books 1-3 in the Lucky Foot Stables series by Joann S. Dawson. These are great books for girls who love horses, or girls who just plain love to read. One lucky winner will receive the whole set!

My faithful readers may remember me doing a series of posts to advocate this new book called The Little Girl by Phil Wong. I was so impressed when I finally received my print copy in the mail- This is a beautiful book! I have an extra copy that I'd love to give away to one of you! If you are Chinese or have a Chinese-adopted child, you might especially appreciate this book.

This is the final book in the Yada Yada Prayer Group series by Neta Jackson. I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but it (along with the rest of the Yada Yada books) has gotten rave reviews! I ended up with 2 copies of this one, so I'd love to bless one of my readers with one of them. Please let me know if you've read any of the Yada Yada books, what you think of them, and if you have a favorite.

I'm excited about this prize because it's NOT a book! LOL Coming in May, I will be featuring the Healing Promises book here on my blog as part of the Christian Fiction Blog Alliance tour. In the meantime, author Amy Wallace has graciously gifted me with a Healing Promises puzzle to pass along to one of you! What a cute idea. If you love puzzles, then you'll enjoy this prize. Oh, and be sure to check out Amy's new and improved website~ it's called Heart Chocolate and looks like you're walking into a chocolate store~ yum!

Only Uni is the second book in Camy Tang's Sushi for One series. This is a fun "Asian Chick Lit" book. I'm excited to be able to give away one copy of this book. And, even more exciting......Camy Tang will be here with us on March 20th~ doing a guest blog post right here at Reviews by Heidi. I've seen a sneak peek~ and in regular Camy-style, it's lots of fun. So, be sure to stop back.
Sorry I don't have a picture of this next item, but it's a set of Math Software on 2 cd-roms by Math Galaxy. The first is called Math Fundamentals and the second is Math Galaxy Games. I had the privilege of reviewing these games for The Old Schoolhouse(r) Magazine and received 2 sets, so I'd love to share! If you've got a child who struggles with math or one who loves it, this might be just the software for you!
And last, but not least, I'll be giving away a 1-year subscription to one of my all-time favorite magazines, The Old Schoolhouse(r) Magazine! If you don't already subscribe to it, you're really missing out. (I've got some special instructions on how to win this one, so be sure to read the contest rules to find out how you can win this great prize!)
Now, how do you win?
Here are three ways:
(you may choose to do just one, two, or all 3)
1~Leave a comment in this post telling me what you'd most like to win.
2~Make a post about this contest on your blog with a link back.
Be sure to write about your most-wanted prize!
(If you'd like to use the banner graphic, please e-mail me for codes.)
3~To win the 1-year subscription to
The Old Schoolhouse Magazine,
help me promote my new job at E-Book Reviews Specialist
by posting this ad on your blog's sidebar:
(again, e-mail me for the code)

*If you choose options 2 or 3 above,
please sign the Mr. Linky with a direct link to your post
or your blog (for #3)
I'm excited for spring! I hope you are too!

How fun! Well, I definitely "need" those horsey books. Marissa is a horse lover, and would give absolutely anything to own one. The math might be pretty interesting, too. The amount that Marissa loves horses~~~that's how much she dislikes math!! : o I'm always looking for something to make it better and more understandable.

Hi Heidi, That book looks really neat. If you haven't found someone for it we would be really interested:) Tell Gracie Kira got her letter today and will get one in the mail for her right away. Kira is sure excited about learning all about Gracie. So much fun to see the excitement her letters bring.

Mar. 7, 2008 - You and your giveaways!

I'm holding off on my next giveaway, as I'm going to make it a cover contest....if Amy ever gets back to the office! (she's out all this week). I'm hoping to tie it in with another Rocks in my Dryer Bloggy Giveaway, but we shall see. I may just have to do it as a Show and Tell or something.
Oh...where do you get all these books to give away? Do you give away your products from TOS? If so...what a super idea! I give my stuff away to my DD or friends who would benefit from the product.
Oh...which do I want to win? I'd take the horse books, as I always like to see what other authors are doing....and then I could pass them along.
I'm so glad I don't have to sign Mr. Linky to enter the contest. I'm about "mr. linky-ed" out. :-)

Ok... I've put my name on the Mr. Linky's list (I think)... & I'll go over & put the contest on my blog! :) I already subscribe to TOS magazine... but if you'll e-mail me the code to put the little icon in my sidebar, I'd be glad to! :) I've not read any of the Yada Yada books, but I bet they're great! The 'Healing Promises' puzzle sounds neat... maybe I'll go for that one! :)
WHO doesn't LOVE a contest!?!? :)
Have an awesome day!
Hugs... Missy
