This week, it's Ashley's turn at church camp.  She's been looking forward to this week for awhile now.  She is registered in a music-themed camp, which she should love!  I took her to camp yesterday afternoon; and, for some reason, it was almost harder for me to leave her than it was leaving Gracie.  I have no idea why!

Oh well.  I'm sure she'll have a great week and the time will go fast.  She'll be coming home on Friday night.  Please pray for her while she's away (and for her mom, who is rather attached! LOL)

I'm sure that Ash is going to have a great time at camp and you'll survive too, most likely! Did she go with any friends? I remember loving camp when I was her age. I guess I was about her age when I used to stay with you guys too. I have such good memories of those times. The good old days... Thanks for being there!

We have also sent our son to camp this week. Just crazy to be a homeschool mom and then let go of your kids!!! I will keep you in prayer. We had a pretty large earthquake today and I am a basket of nerves - not having my son with me during this time scares me. You know, camp and then the earthquake. However, he is fine and didn't feel much at all. It's just me... the mom worrying. Anyway, I blogged about it if your interested.
