We are officially open for foster kids. Placements are down now. I'm hoping and praying that's because less kids are being abused - wouldn't that be wonderful!! So, we've been open for a almost a month and have not gotten a call yet. The last two times were had an opening, we got a placement the day we were open. So, this is new territory for us. But, I am happy and content with the children we have, and they certainly keep me busy, so I am not unhappy with the wait.
We are a family that has opened our home to foster and adoptive children. Follow our journey along the way...
