Actually, I bet I could just make a "Best Friends List" for those of you that are especially great friends of mine. I'll work on that tomorrow!!

For those of you that are curious, I am feeling better this afternoon.

I was chatting with John (theguitararbiter) about the issue and other stuff, and it helped brighten my day. *no I don't have a crush on you....yet* haha.

We had fun. it helped me feel better. Thanks again, John!

A strange thing....I read "oneringtorulethemall". I thought it said "One Ring To Rule The Mall." wow....must be one rich ring!! *haha*

Tomorrow I have a meeting with some kids to rehearse hand motions. Our church had VBS a few weeks ago, and usually they have "Childrens Emphasis Sunday" the same weekend. But this year it did not happen. So we are having Children's Emp on August 6. I was asked to lead 10 kids in hand motions for the worship time. it will be great!! Except for the minor detail that they have 9 days to learn them and half the kids won't even be at the first meeting....**YIKES!!**

besides that, it will be fun!!

Some people were confused about me for a while, so I will clear the air. yes, I am Araved from PevensieGirls. I started this in secret, just because I thought it would be sort of fun, and because I wanted to have a private get-away from some people. But then one of my friends *see 'Hurt'* found it and has told others about it, so it is no longer that private place where I can speak my mind freely.

I will still use it as such, as much as this discovered & hampered freedom will allow. And since those friends from which I was secluding myself have already found this, I think it is ok for me to share that I am Araved. Araved & RockStar are the same. Although I much prefer RockStar...she has more freedom than Araved does. A random blog is more sporadically entertaining for me than researching  hunting down Narnia news. Don't get me wrong, though! I still love Narnia!!

Well, I've got to go for today. *I've been off and on for like 7 hours!!* I hope to be back again tomorrow......any comments are most welcome.

Imagine this.

Your little sister finds out about a secret two friends are sharing behind your back.

Imagine how the victim feels.

How she thinks, cries, wonders, tries to comprehend.

How her thoughts are filled with sadness and shock and pain.

She wants to run away from everything.

I used the links on JocelynDixon's blog and took both the Superhero and Pirates of the Carribbean quizzes.

On the Superhero one, to my delight, I was Superman. (even though he's a guy....who cares?? he is awesome!)

And on the Pirates one....this is funny.....It was a tie!! I was both Jack Sparrow and Will Turner. I was amused by this. (hahaha)

Tonight I went to see TobyMac & David Crowder at Six Flags Over Texas with two of my closest friends. it ROCKED!! (literally!!)

I've always loved Crowder, and seeing Toby live was AMAZING!!!

If you ever get the chance to see him, I would highly suggest going!! It is definitely worth it!! (It helps to know the words to the song, because other wise the whole event is a lost cause.)

Book: In the Last Battle, when the Pevensies & co. have entered the New Narnia, and they are exploring and realizing the truth of it all.

Movie: when the two battles are charging at each other.......OOO talk about an EXCELLENT score!! it fits perfectly with the movie. without it......oh never mind. I love that scene. And also when the 4 grown Pevensies are racing through Narnia on horseback.

Tonight I wrote a lengthy entry about my thoughts on the LOTR soundtracks, and the way the three books are written. I have discovered the idea that the Fellowship focuses on Hobbits, and the Two Towers is focused on the Race of Men.

And, while I am still in that "Lord of the Rings" mood, here are some interesting things I found on both Brego and Shadowfax, my two favorite horses.

Brego

Brego is Aragorn's horse in The Two Towers. The horse is named after the Second King of Rohan.


· The Rohan people, also know as the Rohirrim, are known for their horses.

· The armored helmets of the Riders of Rohan feature flowing horse manes and their reverence to the animals is reflected in the architecture of Edoras.

Shadowfax

Shadowfax is Gandalf's steed in The Two Towers. His breed is an Andalusion. Merry-go-round horses worldwide are modeled after the stunning breed of horse.


· Some scenes in the trilogy, as many as 250 horses were used at once.

· There were 70 handmade saddles created especially for the trilogy of movies. Each of these saddles are embossed and carved with Middle-earth history, aged and painted.
