It's Wednesday again.......

So, I still don't have much of a wip to show, but I do think I've finally found a good match for the "shepherd's sock" yarn, which is the "Chevron Scarf" from "Last Minute Knitted Gifts."    I'm going to try and set a 2-week deadline for myself, so we'll see where I am this time next week.

When there's no knitting progress to post, show animal pics instead!
These are a few of our chickens in their outside run, enjoying some kitchen scraps I've just thrown them.  My fav chicken is the barred rock (the black and white one), for no particular reason, I just like how they look.  We got rid of most of our barred rock hens a couple weeks ago because they are getting older and weren't laying much, but I kept this one "just because."  (She won the chicken lottery, I guess)

And here's Clover....she's doing great.   A little thin yet, but that won't last .   I'm still amazed that she made such a super recovery.  I'm glad we didn't give up on her.

And here's Bob the calf.....getting  bigger every week.   Don't you love that face!
