On the road again

We got a bunch of rain, too much to do any combining, so we took off on an impromptu trip to the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, KY.   (about 4 hours south of us)  We've been wanting to take the boys for several years, but it's always during harvest so it doesn't work.   So we took the opportunity for a quick road trip - I think the boys were shocked!  I had to do some quick work to get all the assorted animals cared for while we are gone!

The Expo is huge, I've seen more sheep today that in a hundred county fairs.   Our hired man is really into sheep showing, he and his daughter are here showing, as well as a few other people we know from the fair circuit.   We'll be home tomorrow night!   (maybe next week I'll finally get my computer back!!)

The baby is still stable.   I think his doctors and nurses consider him a miracle.

Prayers

Karen,

Praying that the baby will continue to grow and stay healthy and that he will be well in all areas and respects.

I cannot imagine what it would be like to not have a computer readily available.

Take care.
