Wisdom Home Academy - New letter from the DPP

Well, this year's letter is even worse than last year.

Last year HSLDA wrote Jason a nice letter on my behalf about his illegal demands and fraudulent version of the law. They even went so far as to inform Jason that his demand of social security numbers violates federal privacy law.

The Federal Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits public school officials from
requesting a social security number, without clearly specifying that that number
is optional or mandatory and identifying the reason for which the number has
been requested.

They should know better than to mess with you! Sorry I havent' been around much lately. We have been a little hectic around our house. The pictures you posted are lovely. I need to post more pics on the blog. I posted all new ones in the side bar on mine, but in the text are good too. I wanted to thank you for teaching me how to change the blog around. I take such joy in it and love to mess around in the template with graphics and such.

I just went back and read about your ordeal. Yikes! I am so glad you have HSLDA! We have been considering joining, because you just never know when someone is going to cause a stink over your homeschooling. Keep us all posted! I am curious about how it all turns out.
