Sewing Updates

 Thank you all very much for so many sweet comments. I do apologize that I have been unable to get back to you, I have been very busy sewing. Unfortunately, I have very little to show for it, because most of it has been for Brielle's  Cinderella Musical. Thankfully it is all coming together, and the costumes look lovely.....check out Brielle's blog for pictures in a few weeks.

   I'm currently working on three different blouses for myself, I shall have pictures when their done. Two of them I am doing in my sewing class, and the other is a western style blouse with pink rose fabric, and green cotton as the yoke and cuffs.

Thank You!

   I just wanted to thank all of you for the lovely tea party! I loved it! I especially want to thank my sweet cousin Brielle, and Amanda, Jocelyn, and Rachel Dixon, thank you so much, girls!

  Also, I wanted to say that We are currently having some computer issues, and we are having great trouble getting online, this will of course improve when we get these issues fixed but until then, posting will be very irregular!

Rose's updates

             I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year!

 I will have several things to post about in the coming year........

My parents gave me a digital camera for Christmas, and I hope to put it to good use.  I have yet to post anything on my chickens, which I would like to do. And I would also like to show you some tea towels I have been embroidering. Also, I will be continuing the Narnian posts, I apologize for not having been more faithful on those. Thank you all for being so patient with me.

I recently read Northanger Abbey and I am reading Mansfield Park ,both by Jane Austen, which I am really enjoying. I recieved the entire collection of Jane Austen's books for Christmas, along with four novels of Charles Dickens', Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis, and The Screwtape Letters, also by C.S. Lewis. And my dear brother gave me the soundtrack for The Return of the King, hooray!

I will hopefully post again shortly..............In the meantime, I do love comments!
