Attendance Tracking Program

I recently wrote a program that tracks school days during the year.  Many of the ladies that are using this program say that it helps them to stay motivated during the year.  It also helps with guilt free vacation time.  If you know that you are ahead of schedule for the year or that your vacation time is built-in to the system, your worries can be alleviated.

  • You can specify how many months you track during the year.
  • How many school days that you are required to account.
  • The green graphs show if you are ahead of schedule or falling behind.  (The left is actual and the right is projected.)
  • You can start your personal school calendar on any day that you would like and the calendar will adjust to you.
  • You can plan vacation times into any of the quarters during the year.
  • You can see how much of your school year has past and compare it to how much you have actually accomplished.
  • This program comes with well documented instructions!
  • To setup this program, you only need to enter the number of months you school, the number of days you school and the date of your first school day.
  • To plan your year, just mark the days you plan to school.
  • When you complete a day or a week of school, just put an X on that day in the calendar!  The rest is automatic!
  • To print reports, enter the childrens names and select a month and year from a pull down menu.
  • Nothing could be easier than than an X marks the spot!

There is also a report form for GA educators!  Just type in the names of your children and select the month and year.  The data will be drawn from the entries on the main page.

This program is a one time investment of $35.  There are no yearly renewal fees.  To purchase this program, please contact me.  I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks.  Once payment is secured, I will send the program via electronic mail.

If you think that others would benefit from this program please tell them about it.

I have recently added a generic report form that can be used in states other than Georgia.  If you live in a state other than GA and would like me to program a report form for your state, please contact me with the information.

Thank you!

Whaaaaa! Where were you when I was home schooling. That was the toughest part of the beginning of each year. I would have loved to have a tracking page. Sigh. Oh well. I'm glad you're there for the present day homeschoolers.

I love this program!
I love this program!
We began using this program in January, 2006. Here it is April, my husband has unexpectedly landed a job in another city and we have to move. I am not worried about school at all because I am ahead of schedule, and the tracking program shows that we have accomplished enough to take this month off and move without a problem.

If we weren't using the program, I am sure I'd be completely stressed about school work right now, in addition to the move. Thanks, Ronda, for a great program. It's simple to use, and lets me know all I need at a glance. I love that it's in OpenOffice.org, too.

This program has been such a blessing to me! When we discovered the Marine Corps was moving us (again!) it completely alleviated the "normal" stress of the move. I already knew we were ahead of time on school, so taking 30 days off for our move was guilt free! I LOVE IT! Thanks Ronda!

LOVE IT!

I love your attendance tracking program. We are required to keep records, so I like the tab that looks just like our state's record sheet. BUT, the part I LOVE is being able to have a complete visual on the whole year. I can change our schedule around and see how it affects the overall plan...no more flipping back and forth through a 12 page calendar! Plus, I can NEVER find our paper attendance sheet.

Great work..thank you!!!
