I have been using the silicone sheets for over a month now and my scar is flat.  Yippee!  It has stopped hurting too.

I forgot and left them on while I went swimming yesterday.  It didn't even hurt them.

Epinions gives them a bad wrap.  I'm glad that I don't believe everything that I read.
