I think that there might be a TeddyBear conspiracy going on here at HSB.  The little critters are trying to take over!  They will be running a muck over at BlogDesign for a few days before I herd them over to live with the RienzoFamily.  So, if you love the cuddley creatures, head over a take a peek.  (Graphic artist for Teddy Bear web set Graphic Gardens.)

KidsUs8 has a new look!  She is the birthday contest winner and her blog now has a bright design that suits her style.  While you are there, check out her blinkies... she listed her family with them.  What a great idea.

She said that the process was a BLAST!  (I enjoyed it too.)

The Heart of the Home viewed many web sets that she loved.  After much excitement, she found her perfect set.... Roses!

Sadly, the Angel that has been watching over BlogDesign is going to be stored for a few days because it's "Apple Pick'n Time!"

Titus2Mommy likes country style apples and has asked me to design her blog with that theme.  So.... on to the apples!

(I'm thankful that I don't have to carry any apple baskets out of the orchard!)

UPDATE:  Cindy's blog doesn't look like that anymore!  She had me design a new one with Teddy Bears.  Check my sidebar to see the new look.  She kept all of the features that we had added but changed the background and the graphics.  (Hey Cindy.... Enjoy!)

We have been home schooling for 6 years.  I love the time that our family spends together.  I was a computer programmer and system designer before my husband and I were married.

I was drawn into blogs because one of my dear friends asked me to help her change the design of hers.  She was tired of looking at the standard template.  I had a lot of fun helping her and teaching her.  I have always loved computers.  I originally taught myself to program in Basic during the summer before my 8th grade year.  (Anyone remember the Vic20 and the Commidor64?  The Vic20 had 20K of RAM!  So, I learned to program with efficiency early!)

So at a young age I was teaching myself very useful things... When I learned about homeschooling at age 23, I was hooked.  One of the criteria in selecting a husband was that he would embrace a home schooling life style.  The rest is history!
