Tour of our Home
As I have gone around visiting blogs I have noticed that many people have put up tours of their homes. Our home is nothing spectacular but it is ours. These pictures are about 4 years old. When we moved in we did some painting and updating. These pictures were taken when this work was completed. I hope to soon take some updated pictures because things have changed since then. This will give you an idea of our what our home looks like.
This is a picture of the back of our house and our yard. I couldn't find the one of the front of the house.

We have a nice big yard that we enjoy.
Our living room is the length of one side of the house. We have a very small kitchen so we have our dining room set up here.

This is the other side of the living room. This room is where we spend most of our time.

Here is our kitchen:

Looking from the kitchen into the living/dining room.

This is the back side of the kitchen.

This is the other side of the kitchen. The doorway leads to our bedroom. We have added a curtain in the doorway for privacy.

I don't have a very good picture of our bedroom to share with you. As I posted these pictures, I am amazed at how much our home has changed since this time. I can't wait to take more pictures and update our house for you. I also noticed how much clutter there was. I was working full time then and things sure did get passed by. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started to look through these pictures. This year has been a big year for getting rid of clutter. I have had a yard sale and made multiple trips to our local thrift store with donations. Next week I will post pictures of the second floor. When I'm done with that I will begin taking pictures of the updated rooms.
I can't wait to share the rest with you. I hope you have enjoyed the tour of our home. I love our home and the large yard we have. In our area there aren't too many homes with large yards. Our home is perfect for us, especially since the decluttering. It feels much bigger and cleaner. There also isn't as much unnecessary stuff to clean.
Have a great weekend.

Your home is lovely! I haven't seen this "tour of my house" on any other blogs, but it's a good idea! Actually, a member of our support group suggested we all take a picture of our living rooms/kitchens at the same time one day and send the pictures to each other. It might be nice to know that others live in chaos as well as us!

The back of your home looks a lot like the front of our home (except we have a garage attached!) I'll have to post pictures sometime too.

I like your home. My pastor's wife collects apple things in her kitchen as well. I'll bet you enjoy being in that home full time now!
