"Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored." Titus 2:3-5 (NASB)

Personal "To Do" List
I'm still working on the whole cleaning routine. I want to work more on that this week. My daughter will be starting back in her school work after having last week off because of Vacation Bible School. She did a little school work last week at the very beginning of the week but then I felt she just needed to take the rest of the week off. It worked better that way. It was quite a busy week and I am looking forward to things not being so busy this week!
Cleaning List
I'm still keeping things flexible. However, this week I would like to try to work some on the whole cleaning routine. I'd like to choose certain times for routine dusting, especially for the books and bookshelves. We need to have certain times when we dust each of the books on the bookshelves.
Blogging "To-Do" List
I would really like to get back to more blogging. I just haven't had much time to do a lot on the computer since we've moved. I haven't even kept up with emailing very well! This week, I want to at least get the following posts done:
I hope you are able to accomplish all that you hope to do this week. :-)
My plans already have a "wrench" in them. DD came down with a stomach virus last night. YUCK!
I'll be taking bleach throughout the house, in hopes of keeping the rest of us healthy. I don't have time to be sick this week -- it's 4-H judging week!
Hello Karen how are you I have not heard from you in awhile, so how is everything going? Well I see you left a comment on my blog page and to answer your question a hero sandwich is nothing but a club sandwich. It is where we have three different types of lunch meat and different types of cheeses on one sandwich. I hope to hear from you soon... DeNiece over at organizedhomemakingforchrist.blogspot.com
The ultimate goal of Christian home education is to train children to impact the world for God. We want our children to not only hear and learn God's Word, but also be doers of God's Word. Therefore, we strive to teach them:
SERVICE - How to serve God and others
ACHIEVEMENT - To do the best they can in all they do from academic subjects to chores to serving others and more
LOVE - To love God and one another
TRUTH - To live their lives based on the absolute Truth of God
The name of this blog is the acronym for these four areas that we strive to teach our children:
S.A.L.T. - Service, Achievement, Love, Truth
