Our 2009/2010 Academic Plans

I have drafted our tentative plan for the school year which we will continue to finalize over the next two weeks. We will officially begin our new school term in September after labor day. I may change this plan slightly depending on what we find at the SHEM Used Curriculum sale later this week. Our girls are very active in helping me choose their curriculum and subjects of study for the year and we will spend the next two weeks firming up our plans.

Here are some passages of Scripture that I have in mind as we plan our new school term:

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Proverbs 16:1-3
The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the LORD. All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the spirit. Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
