Here's a simple idea for your hubby to put a smile on his face before he leaves for work, or for when he comes home (not to mention, make the neighbors wonder)!

S.H.M.I.L.Y. Time:
  • Get a can of spray paint (flouresent orange or pink is good for snow or grass... whatever the weather is like at the time) and spray "SHMILY" across the lawn!  (Not only will this put a smile on his face, but it will spark conversation among the ones who see it as well... possibly giving you an opportunity to share about your desire to be the kind of wife the Lord wants you to be by showing your husband,  in new ways, how you love him.)
  • Caution:  If you have animals that will eat the grass, you probably won't want to try this unless it's just before you mow.  I'm not sure if they would get sick or not, but I wouldn't want to chance it.

The S.H.M.I.L.Y. Time Blog

"S.H.M.I.L.Y. Time" (See How Much I Love You) focuses on our priority after God as wives, which is to bring glory to Him through being a wife. It doesn't matter what stage (or state) your marriage is in right now. Pray to the Lord to give you the strength, forgiveness, and love you need to be the wife He intends for you to be.
