Okay, I am going to give this a try. I found this on Jacque Dixon's blog http://jacquedixon.com  and I wanted to try it for myself. She wrote about 94 things about herself and asked others to post 10 facts about themselves. So here goes:

1. I have been with my hubby since high school ( 21 years )

2. I love the smell of my hubby and kids

3. I love the smell of my horse and I love to kiss him!

4. One of my favorite verses is: "Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ." Colossians 2:8

5. Another verse I love and try to use as the foundation verse of our family is : "Do nothing out of selfishness, but consider others better than yourself. Don't look out for your own interests, but for the interests of others." Philippians 2:3-4

6. My favorite thing to do for myself is sit on my swing and listen to music... this is the time I speak to God  and have great alone time with Him!!! I usually like to listen to Jeremy Camp or Nichole Nordeman in those times! God really speaks to me through music!!!!

7. I love to eat bite sized tostitoes with a yummy dip I make (cream cheese, salsa, and shredded cheese melted together) and watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (new version)

8. I LOVE hugs!!!!!!!!!

9. I love to teach the Bible to my kids and others!!!!

10. I actually enjoy watching baseball ( the Red Sox of course)!!!!

11. I LOVE staying home with my kids!!!!!!!!!!

12. I love chocolate!!!! ( especially Lindt)

13. I am a strong believer in homeschooling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a way of life..a high calling from God Himself!

14. I hope to NEVER have to work outside the home again!!!!!!!!

15. These past 6 months have been the hardest I've ever walked through, but yet, I have grown leaps and bounds with the Lord and I wouldn't change a thing!!!!!

16. I like to eat tuna fish sandwiches with honey on them!

17. I could drink sweet tea all day everyday!!!

18. I sleep with a stuffed animal my hubby gave me for Christmas (Eeroye dressed up like a reindeer)

19. I love the sound of my kids laughing and will even tickle them just to hear it!!!

20. I am so thankful that Jesus died for me and set me free! I am glad I am not the person I used to be before I asked Him to be my Lord and Savior!!!!!!
