It's amazing to me that my little girl turned eleven today! 

Last Saturday we took her with 2 of her friends and Daniella to Wacky Bear.

There were so many "oooohs" and "ohhhhhhs" over all of the little clothes.

Coming to life

This is a good friend of Marissa's.  They play together a good bit.  She's only a year and a half younger than Marissa.  She's just very petite.  Marissa is actually very small compared to most kids her age.  Another friend below in the blue soccer shirt, is also smaller than Marissa, and she is 9 months older than Marissa. 

They love their bears~meet Bubbles and Morgan.

A successful shopping excursion~4 bears and a dinosaur, not to mention several outfits that the girls bought themselves. 

The extra little girl on the right end is a sibling that came along.  No, Daniella is not that tall (on the left).  She's sitting on the window ledge~hence no feet below the bag.  Can you see all of the photographers reflected in the window? 

We left Wacky Bear and went to a small park close by.  It was a beautiful sunny day, great temp with a breeze, and the park is right on the river.

A great time was had by all, and it was a happy day for the birthday girl.

Today the family is going to play putt-putt (mom has 4 free passes!) I have a strawberry freezer cake made (her favorite that she has every year), and I'm making one of her favorite meals for dinner.

Happy Birthday to your daughter, Marissa. What a fun Birthday that must have been. We've never been to a Wacky Bear shop before. They're not located around us. One of my daughters turned 11 just last month.

Sounds like a great way to celebrate a birthday! Please let her know we said Happy Birthday even though it is a day late.

Thanks for checking in on me. I just have not had the time or energy to write an entry lately although I have thought about it. I am debating whether to keep my blog going or not. Hard decision because I know family and friends check it for news. Anyway, we are doing well, finishing up our school year and having fun doing it.

Happy B-lated birthday with to your dd ! I was so blessed reading your post today. I hope you don't mind but I snagged the video from you too. [0= I recieved the neatest poem on mothers day and it fit sooooooo well with this that I put both in a post. I hope you come and see my friend. I keep thinking of you.

Yes she and Karly share a birthday! How neat is that?? I can't wait to show Karly your blog in the morning and tell her. She will love that! And YES she is definitely beautiful! :) All 4 of your girls are! :) My husband has already been transfered from the Knoxville position back to the tri-cities position, so we will be able to stay here. I'm so happy I don't have to deal with a move this summer or leave all of our family, but kinda sad too. We love Knoxville and was looking forward to moving there. We went ahead and got Dollywood season passes though and plan to add splash country passes to it as well. We'll be in the area a lot this summer, so we'll have to meet up sometime! -Kelly
