Welcome
Sep. 11, 2006 - 2 Week Menu
Posted in Menu Time!

In an attempt to get my ducks in a row again and have things the way I like them I am trying to get things organized again. One of those things to get straight happened to be my menu keeping. So here is what I have planned right now. I am thinking the breakfast and lunch menus will stay the same for longer than two weeks. It might very well stay this way for quite a while and then I'll switch things up for variety. Also I am thinking of doing crockpot meals every Sunday and Wednesday, mexican every Tuesday, a dried beans meal/dish every Thursday, of course pizza every Friday and then fish on Saturdays. I am guessing we'll get tired of fish every Saturday but I want to try it as it's good for you. Also, Mondays will be my variety day when  I can do different things that don't fit into the other categories. I want to make lists for each category so I can pick from the lists when making out our menus. I know..... I am way too nit picky. I am really not happy with the PB&J or hot dogs as neither one are the healthiest to eat(along with doughnuts & cereal) but they are soooo easy to fix. As for eating out.... maybe we will have one meal a month set for that. We'll see.
