Welcome
Apr. 30, 2008 - Menu Time!
Posted in Menu Time!

Per request I am posting this a little early.

Here is our menu for May 1-May 8. I have the snacks more organized this time, albeit the snacks were more expensive than I thought they should be. I'll tweak it in the following weeks, hopefully. I typed in some side notes to help my thoughts with getting things done more smoothly.  While I put in the total cost of the meals, this is not how much we actually have to spend. We have a freezer full of beef and a stockpile of frozen chicken. I buy the chicken in bulk once it's on sale. I also have quite a bit of oatmeal on hand as well. This week would actually cost about $76.05   after you take out the beef cost. Of course, for our total grocery costs, we have cleaners, "g'nites" for one child to buy(I use cloth diapers and washable g'nites for the other two bedwetters), health and beauty aids, etc. With all that said, my goal still is $350 for May.

I saw your username (sandlappersue) and was intrigued. So, I had to stop by. :)
