So as typical as it is, we did do more school but not near as much as I would have liked this afternoon. I had lied down for a nap and told Brittany to wake me up in about an hour...I woke up an hour and a half later. This is not the first time so I will have to start setting my clock for naps!

We did work on some more school and while the children played, I worked on chores. Despite all the work, I didn't get wash folded! This will come with tomorrow's work. I guess everything can't always get done and in our case.....rarely gets done.

James got home right at 5:20 but got called out again at 5:45. He got back home again at 9:15. Too bad he gets straight pay! One of them the company won't even make money on as James went to help a friend of a coworker. Go figure. So anyway, we were waiting on sour cream to go with supper but since James went on that call we made due.

As the children watched a movie with Dad I did the room of the day cleaning. Today was kitchen day. So I wiped the cabinets, fridge, stove fronts, dishwasher, etc. I mopped also. I deserately want to wash out the trash can but am trying to wait until our spigot outside works again. That can needs a deep cleaning but patience is a virtue.

So this tops off our Monday here at home. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
