It was so nice out yesterday that I finally spent some much needed time on my yard.  However I really need to spend a lot more time on it.  Not today, its a bit wet out. 

I can see things are growing out there.  And last week Kalene came out of her bedroom informing me that the local woodpecker is back and it woke her up.  I also seen our cardinal yesterday.  I am pretty sure he lives in our tree in the backyard.  I haven't been to diligent in putting out birdfeed like I usually do.  So today I am planning to hang some suet for the woodpecker.  I have not seen any Robins yet.  This is a little strange.  They are usually trying to take up residence in our awnings about this time each year.  I'll keep my eyes open to see if I've just missed them. 

Rich has the day off work today! 

So after my chiropractor appointment and a quick stop at Meijer we are going to spend the day at the Rec Center.  Well not the whole day.  But enough of it to work out, swim, go in the jacuzzi and sauna and play basketball.  We are also going to pick up a monitor for Richie's new computer.  It's really our old computer with new parts. 

So it shall be a great day of hanging out together and getting some things done too.

* I saw my first Robin today when i came home from the Doctors.  It's a lesson for me to not overlook the little things.*
