Today my sister and I took our kids to the ballet.  Oh yes we all go dressed up real nice and pretended to be cultured.  We went to see Peter and the Wolf.  Richie wasn't real excited about the idea of the ballet.  He just didn't think it was a real boyish thing for him to do.  But I told him he couldn't make the decision that he didn't like to see a ballet without seeing one first in order to decide.  I was sure that once we got him there he might even enjoy the show. 

Well the first ballet we saw was "Les Sylphides".  Richie did not like it at all.  He said it was lame.  Well I have to agree with him on that one.  However the second ballet was "Peter and the Wolf"  And I loved it.  It was so cute. Richie said it was Okay, but I don't think he's in any kind of hurry to go back to the ballet. 

I wasn't able to take any pictures at the ballet.  But I did manage to get one of my kids at home before we left.  I am always quick to take a picture any time they are dressed so nicely.  Which is a pretty rare occation around our house.  So here is the picture.
