I have been writing a little bit about my journey to wellness on Wednesdays. I have to admit that last week was pretty much a wash for me as far as health and fitness go. This week I am going strong again with renewed vigor! Okay maybe not that strong but I am trying to get myself excited about being healthy again. I am headed out to the gym a little later. And I am planning a nice healthy dinner. I've been working on changing my eating habits so I don't eat anything junky. But then I was thinking that maybe I need to cleanse my system of any leftover junk and toxins. I did a Colon Cleanser once before and I really did feel much better after. I was rejuvenated and full of energy again. I am just trying to think of anything I can do to feel healthier.
