I do not know why, but my neighborhood has been overrun with stray cats!  At first when there was only a couple I thought, no big deal.  They will keep the rats away.  Well now I do not really know which is worse.  It must be the time of year when all the kittens are becoming full grown cats and now they are running the streets.  You can hear the stay cats fighting over territory at night.  It sounds awful.  I am glad that I have wo large dogs who do not want anything to do with cats.  Princess has been know to chase them out of the yard or else.  I won't go into the dtails of the or else.  Lets just say is a good thing she can't be charged for a crime against animals.  If it weren't for the dogs I might have to get a Cat scarer

 

Yes, you heard correctly.  This little gadget is supposed to scare away all cats.  I wonder if there is a way to market my dog.  Maybe rent her out?  Oh well she works for me anyhow.

We have both cats and dogs. The only thing my dogs would scare would be themselves. ;) And my cat, well she thinks she's a dog and hangs out with them most of the day. Luckily, I have only seen a few cats around the neighborhood. We have to get to the vet, if you know what I mean. :( Hopefully the ones around you will chill out and find another place to hunt.

I can so relate to the whole cat thing...we actually have 2 strictly indoor kitties...but there are about 5 or 6 different cats that seem to like to hang out around our house! They will fight with each other and are just annoying. I hope that they don't make our kitties start acting all crazy because they are around. They used to "live" under our house until my hubby put some cement blocks around the lattice "skirting" in the places where they were getting in and out. (we have an older house that is up on blocks so it's open underneath). The "cat scarer" thing looks interesting, but I don't know if it would scare our two inside?
