I had absolutely no idea what I was about to be getting myself into when I started to think about getting a domain name of my very own.  This Side of Eternity has been a long time coming.  I have been thinking about it for a long time, but it was not until I started experiencing all of the problems with my homeschool blogger account that I felt like I had to really get serious about it.  Well I have to admit that I really do not know all that much about what it takes to get a domain of your own.  And like I have said before I really knew nothing about web hosting or what it was all about. 

That is why I was so glad to find a place that has all of the different options all laid out for you.  This really is a helpful tool.  Especially for people like me who do not know squat about any of this stuff.  I though all web hosts were created equally.  Boy was I wrong.  There are a number of things that determine whether or not your getting the right service for your needs.  I am glad that I don't have to know about all this stuff because there are others who do and have put all the information in one place for me.
