Before my mom moved up north I always took advantage of the Black Friday sales. These are those once a year sales that happen the day after Thanksgiving. We always were able to find the most amazing deals which made Christmas shopping for gifts cost so much less.Now that my mom lives up north we always go to stay at her place for the Thanksgiving holiday.
This means that we have not gone to the Black Friday sales since we have been going up north to stay with her.
But I do wonder what I am missing out on each year when I choose to stay home and visit with my family rather than stand in endless lines and see people at their worst.
I have heard the horror stories from my mom who always has to work these sales since she is in retail.
But now someone has made the Black Friday sales even more appealing to me. It is now possible to shop the Black Friday sales without leaving the house at 5 am and standing in the cold waiting to get into one store like Target.
Instead I think I will stay home and find a comfy spot on the couch where I can check out all the best deals online at iblackfriday.
