Daddy's Home!

Posted in FAMILY

Last week, my hubby was away . He had to go to a conference for work and was away from Sunday evening until Thursday. This doesn't happen too often, thankfully. We miss him much when he is gone. He arrived home to this Welcome Sign (made by his kiddos)

He was very tired with time changes and flying all day but was smiling the minute he saw the sign. (We were watching from the windows). Then right away he noticed my shirt.

When reading the blog of one of my blogger friends, KindredHeart, She mentioned and showed this T-shirt she got to wear for her husband. I thought what a great encouragement for him! I ordered my shirt and it arrived the afternoon my husband was coming home. How perfect! (It was a fast delivery!) Anyway, He noticed the shirt right away (which surprised me.) He was so happy to see us but I know these  little things encouraged him even more!

Here is the shirt! Conversation T-shirts are so "in" right now! I love mine ..because- what the shirt says!...

If you want to order one of these shirts for yourself, check out this site:http://s128357773.onlinehome.us/store/

How cute is that I love the T-shirt. Looks like he does too. :) I saw you got the rubbings done. I had so much fun doing them. I cant wait to see what is next. How is the pumpkin lapbook coming along. Ours is almost finished. We are going to do a bit more to it this week. Hoping to post mine next week. We had so much fun on it I am thinking about doing one on Bats only because the homeschool estore has some notebooking ideas for free so I snagged them. Lots of info. for nothing. I am even doing the lapbooks with the older kids. We just do a little section each day takes only a few minutes. They are loving it. I wanted you to know your little cowboy is the cutest. I have a indian costume for a little girl. I'll have to look for the size. Dont know how small your girls are but Mine cant wear it. A friend gave it to me saying I know you know lots of homeschooler and thought on of the girls might enjoy this to go along with a study. Its fun to dress up. I hope all this made sense my thoughts are running wild its been a long day. You know the kids enjoy the elluminates but they sure do knock things out of wack when we have to do them. Oh and one more thing did you see the thing about touch math. That is just the thing I needed to explain division.. Just in time. Love it.

Awwww! I had a huge smile on my face reading your post! :) I'd totally wear a shirt like that and I know it'd put a smile on my hubby's face too. I'm glad you have your hubby back, safe and sound!
It was fun to see a pic of you two! :)
Love, Alyssa

I love that shirt. I could get THAT shirt for my dh for Christmas and wrap it (and wear it when he opens it), and he'd be a happy man. :)

I love my husband, too! :)
