Easy and Awesome Autumn Preschool Project!

Whew! Say that 10 times fast! It's quite a tongue-twister!

Here is a project that you can do with your preschooler. It comes out well and the child can do almost the whole thing (with minimal help from adult). My "Peanut" really liked making this Autumn 3D picture!

Here's what you need: 1 piece of blue cardstock paper, cotton balls, glue stick, green paper (solid or print), leaf stickers, pencil

Here's what you do:

First let your preschooler tear the green sheet of paper (start it for them so that it will be the appropriate size.) The child will glue the back of this and place it at the bottom of the blue paper (for the grass.) It also creates the horizon line.

Next, the adult should lightly draw some clouds at the top of the blue paper. We did two larger clouds. Have the child glue inside the cloud line. Do one cloud at a time. Then have some cotton ready for them to place onto applied glue to make the puffy cloud. (Adult, slightly pull the cotton ball apart before giving to child.)

The last step is to let the child stick colored leaf stickers at the bottom and falling from the sky.

Then - display in home for all to see!. Don't forget to take a photo of your preschooler with his piece of art!
