Educational FREEBIES!

Here are a few really great educational FREEBIES I found lately. I wanted to share them with all my great friends so check them out. See if you can use them in your homeschooling!
First, The Federal Reserve System has some FREE publications that they will mail to you (also free shipping). The fun thing about these publications is that they are in comic book format so the kids will love learning about:
The Story of Banks, The Story of Money, Once Upon a Dime, The Story of Checks and Electronic Payments, The Story of Inflation, A Penny Saved, The Story of the Federal Reserve System, Too Much, Too Little, and The Story of Foreign Trade and Exchange. All 10 Comic books for free (and you can order more than one copy for many children or for a co-op!) You can get up to 35 copies per comic! I plan to give them out to the families in my homeschool co-op.

How sweet! It even has printables. This would be great
for lapbooking or notebooking, too! There is A LOT of great stuff here!
Now- on a totally different subject, if your kids like BUGS, check this out! Orkin has a fun program where your kids can be junior pest investigators! They have a primary program (K-3) and an intermediate program (4-6).
