Summer Reading:Free book at Barnes &Noble!

Just wanted to share this with you all!
Barnes & Noble is giving away a Free Andrew Clements book if your child reads 8 books (of your choosing) and lists them on their form. Print out the form HERE! The form is on page two then they have some other activity worksheets you may wish to print??
Then just take your completed form to a local Barnes & Noble Bookstore between May 29th and Sept. 2nd and recieve a free autographed Andrew Clements Book! Only one form per child (grades 1st-6th).
Have fun reading! Check your local library for other great Summer Reading incentive programs! Read books all summer and reap the rewards even beyond that of hearing/reading a good story!

This is definately one of my favorite children's books. It is so sweet and wonderfully worded. I love it! I love reading it to my children even more!
I am your parent; you are my child.
I am your quiet place; you are my wild.
...I am your push; you are my swing
...I am your way home; you are my new path
...I am your bedtime; you are my wide awake
...I am your finish line; you are my race
...I am your favorite book; you are my new lines
...I am your night-light; you are my starshine
...I am your good-night kiss; you are my I Love You.
(This isn't the entire book- but most of my favorite lines) Get this great book to read over and over again to your little ones!

Chilren's Book Monday: A book for Moms (with children)

Since we are on vacation, my first “Children’s Book Monday” isn’t actually on a children’s book but on a book that is for moms with children. We are at an awesome lodge with a huge indoor water park in the Pocono Mts. of PA. I will show pictures and write all about it once we get home.
I am reading some very good books for moms. I seek out books lately that really encourage me- to be a Godly woman, to be a great mom, and to be joyful! Here are a few things I wrote down from one of the books I have with me on vacation.
It is a very good book and I recommend it! Conecting With Your Kids How fast families can move from Chaos to Closeness. By: Timothy Smith
