We had 40+ family/friends over on Saturday. It was so much fun. We had 17 kids. The oldest was 12 and most were under age 8. The kids enjoyed playing together and all got along so nicely. We asked everyone to bring something and it worked out wonderfully. I was able to hang out and do the little details, with out worrying about a ham in the oven or mashing potatoes. It was also nice to have a big variety. I LOVE having parties. My kids are learning to serve, hospitality, the importance of family gathering, and building wonderful memories. When Jeff and I were looking to buy a house this past summer, we wanted one that would have room enough to entertain. We love opening our home up to friends and family. God really blessed us with this house. It isn't fancy, just cozy and full of love, what else could you ask for. Here are some pictures from Saturday: Can you tell they are cousins. My nephew actually looks more like Cameron's twin then Collin. The "triplets" as we call them are 3 months apart. Present time. The boys are into bird watching and so they were thrilled to receive binoculars and a birdhouse kit. Carter insisted on carrying his own gift to me. Bailey and Aunt Linda. They had a lot of fun singing together. Carter talked my nephew into giving him rides around the house.
***Thank you Mom for all your help. Also thank you to all who came on Saturday. my family was so blessed to share Christmas with all of you:)

I am so in love with Jesus and am seeking to know Him more each day. I am a wife to Jeff and Mommy to 6 children (Bailey 9, Cameron & Collin 8, Kiley 5, Carter 3 and Brayden born 9/30/09). My house is often crazy, but always full of love. This blog is a story of my adventures, God's mercy and grace in my life, and funny days that aren't always very funny at first.
