I finished another sweater! This one was from the Vintage Knitting pattern book, and is a close fitting cardigan done in a cotton yarn. The yarn has blue and purple and khaki threads running through it, so it blends well with a variety of colours.

I chose some antique silver buttons for it, and I like the effect a lot.

I find it often difficult to get collars to sit down properly on a sweater, but I went to a "Collar Obedience Training" workshop at the Stitches conference with Maureen Jamieson a few years ago, and what she taught really works! I can try to explain if anyone wants.

Most of my cardigans are big woolen things, so this is a nice change.
