The Winchester Rifle
One day in London, England a boy named Jack found a gold coin in the street. Jack picked up the coin and joyfully ran to the nearest candy store. When the store owner saw the gold coin he knew that it was too much money to waste on candy.
"Don't waste such a precious coin on my candy," he told Jack. Jack knew that the coin must be very special because the store owner had always been happy to take his few coins in exchange for candy.
Jack quickly turned and went to the big general store across the road. Then he went in it. The store owner said, "Hi, I'm Alice, may I help you find something? At once she saw him with a shiny gold coin in his hand. He sat his gold coin on the counter and ask, "Is this coin worth a Winchester rifle with my name on it?" "Yes!" She replied.
Alice took a left and tramped quickly and got a Winchester rifle from the shelf. Then pulled out her pocket knife and in the stock she carved the name Jack in it. She said, "There you go." Then Alice handed the rifle to him. Jack grabbed the rifle and held it proudly while looking at his name inscribed in it. Zeph |

Sorry everyone, I've been sick for awhile. Now I'm back! I collect HOT WHEELS and my church is really cool because they give us toys, gifts, and candy. They gave me lots of Hot Wheels cars. I have lots of cool friends there too!!!! I love my church!!! So, what have you been doing lately? Let me know OK. ZEPH |

Goldie is a girl golden retriever puppy. Every day the kids asked for a dog right before breakfast. Their mom would always tell them no. She always give them an excuse for the reason why they couldn't have a puppy. (She was not a dog person. she was a cat lover.) One morning while they were having breakfast, their dad came in with something trying to poke its way out of his jacket. I wonder if they thought it was a snake in his jacket because his jacket was very wiggly. Their dad had a puppy in his jacket. It was Goldie! Their dad was a fire fighter & he had rescued Goldie from a house fire. Dad had brought the puppy home for them to foster the puppy for its owner for a while. Goldie chewed on the children's ears. The children didn't mind though because they loved Goldie very much. Well, I hate to interrupt this story, but my mom needs to use the computer so I'll post more in my next post. Hi, It's me again Zeph I got a new penpal & his name is David. He is from New Zealand . He has two brother's, Nathan & Shawn. He made a ferris wheel out of sticks . I think that is very cool ! One day I was eating cereal for breakfast. I bumped the bowl of cereal and then it spilled all over my underwear and the milk included and it was so c-c-c-cold. Bye I've got to go feed my pet's. Love Zeph |

One day a little brown bear was talking to his forest friends. One said, "Let's play hide & seek." The other two said, "No, let's play army." The three forest friends listened to little brown bear to see what he wanted to play. Finally, little brown bear said, "Let's play rodeo." No, shouted the three forest friends, we don't want to play rodeo!" This made little brown bear sad and he began to cry. When little brown bear started to cry, little brown bear's mother came running to see what was wron with her baby. Little bear said, "My friends hurt my feelings." Little brown bear's mom tried to cheer him up, but it didn't work. So she went back in to the house. Little bear's best friend, Mark, came out of the forest. Little bear & Mark have a strange relationship. Mark is a panther & little bear is a bear, but they are best friends. Mark asked his best friend, "What is wrong?" Little bear said, "My other friends don't want to play rodeo with me." Mark said, "That's okay, I'll play rodeo with you." This made little bear happy again. The turtles went to the pond in the winter, but they could not get in it because the pond was frozen. The turtles wanted to go swimming very bad, so they decided to sit on the chili ice and wait for the sun to come out. The turtles knew if the sun would come out it would melt the ice. The turtles waited and waited. Finally, the turtles fell asleep. While they were asleep, the sun melted a huge hole in the ice and the turtles fell in the water. This made a big splash. The cold water woke all of them up because c-c-cold. When the turtles jumped out of the water, the turtles were so cold they went home. The turtles decided that they didn't want to swim after all. My Schoolwork-Write a story about a kite.
As the evening breeze blew, I ran to get my kite. I quickly began to unwind the string! My kite started to fly high in the air towards the clouds. The strong pull of the wind made the tail flap so hard, it picked me up. Now my kite and I are both above the trees in the sky. This wonderful Fall evening, I'm going home with "Jesus"!!! The devil trys to stop me, but I am going to keep fighting, just like David. I am going to come against him in the name of the Lord.
