Vocabulary Activities for Book of Virtues
Hey all, I have been playing around. I have been wanting to implement some activities for the vocabulary. And so I tried inputting the words into www.edhelper.com. But then I realized that those would be copyrighted. Therefore, I would not be able to post them!
So I went searching for another program that wouldn't be copyright protected. I found an "add in" that will work with Office and with Open Office. There is a free download available. And of course there is a premium version. The premium version gives you a "better' crossword puzzle, word search, flash cards, and bingo cards. The basic version gives you EVERYTHING ELSE. It's a wonderful little add in and it gives you so many options: Word jumbles, sentence jumbles, verb tense, missing punctuation, missing letters, and so much more. You get to try the premium abilities 3 times before purchase--that's 3 times for each "macro" so 3 crosswords; 3 sets of flash cards etc. I used them for the first 3 units and I must say that even with a few minor adjustments, I am sold on it! And the best part--my worksheets are not copyright protected so I can do what I want with them!! Which in turn benefits you!

So that being said, Units 1-3 are ready for download! (or will be as soon as I upload them!!) I will create an instructions sheet to go with it to explain a few things about the vocab packets, but most is self-explanitory.
