2009-Jun-11 - Praise the Lord for an Answer!!
I am about bonkers sometimes over things I can't fix. Selling our home is one of these things. It's got us all up in arms and has had since coming on the market; we WANNA sell~not rent, not lease, not rent to own, NO land contract, NO owner finance . . .
WE WANT TO OUTRIGHT SELL!
Sometimes when you think you have equitably worked a solution, then God intervenes and stops you dead in your tracks! Has this happened to you? Well, it has me, and I am thankful for His guidance!
OK~here's a new piece of info about our home~
We will pay 4% to a buyers agent who brings us and closes the deal! Yeah, that's right . . .MORE than what many would get if they listed it and then another agent brought in the buyer!
