Thirteen Fortunes We've Recently Received in Fortune Cookies

Every important call is a close one.
Think of the danger while things are going smoothly.
It's a good thing that life is not as serious as it seems to the waiter.
You will travel to exotic places on your next trip. (I hope not! We were just planning on Florida!)
Discipline is wisdom and vice versa.
Your mind is filled with new ideas.
Genius does what it must and talent does what it can.
Generosity will repay itself sooner than you imagine.
Under all that we think lives all we believe.
Choose your own path.
We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give.
The good old days were once present too.
(This is my favorite...David--one of our twins--got it and we laughed and laughed because it is definitely the twins' credo.) In unity there is strength.
