Poor little man. He's just as handsome as he ever was though.

I'm amazed at how fast the twins seem to be losing the baby look though. He looks so grown up. <sob>

Poor baby... really should have been my first thought.

But one of the last jobs I had was as a night nurse in a small (very ~ only 8 beds) hospital in a rural area. The night nurse had to run the floor and the Emergency Department. I remember having to assist with stitches in a little guy. Little guys are VERY strong when they don't want to cooperate.
