November 5, 2008 - ~My heart is Crying~
Last evening the United States elected Barack Obama to be the 44th president of the United States Of America. This was the WORST decision America has ever made. Welcome to the country of higher taxes, socialist government, Abortion on demand, and many more things that us fellow Americans will have to suffer for the choices that our neighbors made.
Now, we can not change what has already been done, but we can pray. We need to pray for our troops, we need to pray for the many lives of babies that will be murdered in the next 4 years, and that God will protect us from the countries that are planning to go up against us in the weakest time of American History.
Oh and one more thing. To the fellow Americans that voted for Obama because he wants to bring the troops home. Well you were fooled. He doesn't want to bring them home he is going to cut off funding for the troops. He will not be sending any money over there he will not be sending any weapons over there and he will not be bringing them home. Our troops will be left to die over there. Barack Obama's Vice President Joe Biden even said that was dangerous and many lives will be lost. But as always will Barack Obama listen to him.......... NO.
My heart is crying right now. My heart is crying for our troops our country and our lives. God help us!!!!!!
GOD BLESS AMERICA

I was actually thinking about how I needed to come visit your blog and then you left me a comment....:-D
I am saddened by the decision as well. I'm sure Obama will cause problems for homeschoolers too. I think America is getting ready to fall. Look at this election.....an evil, muslim man was chosen for president....the greatest office in our country.

Hey,
No, it's not a good thing that Obama was elected. I'm saddened and my heart is breaking inside. I'm sure God's heart is breaking too. I believe that this election was up to the Christians, and we failed. I posted on my blog half for myself because I needed/need to understand that God has a will and a plan. There is a purpose in everything.
I love what you said about praying. Although we can't stop Obama from being president, we can pray. We can pray for the millions of aborted babies(this breakes my heart). We can pray that God will change Obama, for the better. Most of all, we can seek God in times of trouble.
Even if he change our country around, he can't change our hearts.

Obama's election is dangerous...After about an hour and a half with God and a full 3 hours of Rush Limbaugh(i was traveling), I am doing much better.
Obama's win wasn't a defeat for conservatism, it was a defeat of the Republican Party that has rejected conservatism. Look where conservative issues were.
In California, voters successfully passed Proposition 8, and similar measures passed in Florida and Arizona. This battle is far from over!!!!!! The people who voted for Obama are gonna get what they voted for if he takes office. High taxes, skyrocketing energy prices...etc.
Good post...
Everything around us is being shaken, and the America I wanted has been shaken too. The good news is that God's kingdom will not be shaken.
Just don't give up, because the battle IS NOT OVER!
God bless you, and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Hi. I know you are saddened by what happened. I am too, but I have peace about this because I know that God is not in Heaven wringing his hands saying "Oh my goodness! How am I going to get them out of this mess?" No, of course he isn't. He has something planned, or Obama wouldn't have won. The battery on my laptop is about dead, so I need to close.

Yeah, I'm not sure where this is all going to lead, but I'm not liking the looks of things. But what if we all prayed for Obama? Instead of dwelling on all the bad stuff he may do, what if we all prayed for him to become a Christian? I know it sounds like a long shot, but with god all things are possible. I mean, take a look at Paul/Saul. No one would have thought that after killing so many Christians that he would become one himself! Maybe if we prayed for him he'd see the True Light!

November 6, 2008 - PLEASE READ IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE COUNTRY

We need to pray for Barack Obama though. Anyone who is reading this, you must know that even though America chose a president who might hurt the country in the long run, we HAVE to still pray for his protection. God knows what he is doing. Remember Sodom and Gomorrah. God said that if there were only 10 righteous people in the city he would spare them. There are thousands more righteous people here than that number, so take heart! God is still in this country for better or for worse, and right now it is worse. God loves our country, and if he wants to punish us for what we have done wrong, we need to say so be it. So be it.

Hi! My name is Katie! I think there is going to be some drastic changes in America now with Obama. People are even calling him the Messiah!! And how many babys will be killed because of him, and our troops! I heard that he is not going to fund the soldiers any more when he gets into office! He will leave them out there to die!
A very sad and angry,
Katie
