I like Lucy.  She's my favorite character from Narnia.  Lucy is one of the best in Narnia because she is so cute.

Sep. 22, 2006 - The Sparkling, Beautiful, Shining Place

My life is so fun right now.  You won't believe it.  It snowed 8 inches last night and all day today.  It is so great to play in the snow.

These are the trees right across from our house, when I woke up this morning.

Can you believe it?!  We had to do our school work first, but then we got to play in the snow before lunch.  I don't have a snowsuit yet, so I got soaking wet.  It sure is cold!

This is me after lunch.  I got new glasses this week.  I just have to wear them for reading, but I like to wear them all the time.  I earned the purse by working really hard this week obeying my Mom.  Inside it has stuff like fingernail polish, lip gloss and body glitter.  I love it!

This week I played dress-ups with my little sister while my mom was working with my older sister with her schoolwork.  Here is a picture of me:

Aug. 29, 2006 - What is embarrassing to me...

When I was little (about 2 or 3), I asked my mother why there weren't any deer in a fiield we were driving by.  My mom told me that they may not come out because it was raining.  I thought about it, and then protested, "but mom they're 'rain'-deer".  She has liked to tell that story to people a lot, but when she does, it embarrasses me.

Aug. 20, 2006 - On Taking My Toys to Tea by Snow Crystal

One day I took my favorite stuffed animals outside for tea.  A bear jumped out from behind a rock and scared me away.  I ran away.  Another bear jumped out from behind the trees.  It growled and scared me even more.  Then all of a sudden, a coyote and a wolf jumped out. 

Then I ran away with all my toys.  Then the toys came alive.  They told me, "Run faster!  Run faster!  The bears and wolf and coyote will catch you!" 

We ran into my house and locked the doors.  The bears were so scared that they were gonna get shooten that they ran away. 

The wolf and coyote started scratching at the door.  A fox came along and said, "I think I will will help them."  This scared away the wolf and coyote.  Then the fox went away. 

I looked out to see if they went away.  I was afraid they might be hiding.  I had a tea party with my animals inside.  My stuffed animals could now talk, walk, see and eat by themselves.

Jul. 30, 2006 - About my grandparents

I like my grandparents.  They like to play with me.  We have snacks together.  We play dress-ups, zoo, and grandpa takes me to the park.  They live in Illinois in a house.  It is beautiful because it has a wooden floor and a medium-sized, wood staircase.  They have a lot of rooms in their house.  I sleep upstairs when I visit, unless my parents aren't there, then we sleep downstairs.

Jul. 20, 2006 - All about me

Hi Everyone!  My name is SnowCrystal.  I am seven years old.  My mom is ThreeLittleLadies.  My sister is MountainPrincess.  I also have a little sister named DoraLover.  She is only two and doesn't have a blog.  My mom is going to have a baby boy in November.  I love to play paper dolls, dress up in fancy clothes, study bugs and nature, ride my scooter or bike, watch videos (when my mom will let me) and play computer games.  I am homeschooled.  I am learning to read.  We live up in the mountains where there are lots of pine trees, beautiful mountain streams, bears, elk, mule deer, and trout.  I like to see different kinds of birds.  I have two friends here:  Natalie and Katie.
