Pavilion moment
Here I wait
Away from strife of tongue;
As You direct
And You provide
I dwell upon Your word.
Pavilion moment,
Here I pray,
Growing in patience and trust.
Pavilion moment,
Here I stare;
A glance behind, ahead, around...
Why do You have me here?
Pavilion moment,
Here I sing;
Here I stand on the tower of
Your strong and mighty Name.
Here, I feed on Your
Faithfulness;
Here I find time
To reminesce
Of just how far I've come
With You...
As I inhabit this pavilion.
Pavilion moments,
Here I think;
My faithless heart...
At times I sink
Into the sorrows,
Into despair,
But lifting my eyes
And recalling Your care,
Trusting Your purpose for this
Pavilion place,
I wait, and on Your love,
I thankfully meditate.
Pavilion moment,
Here I praise...
With joy
My heart and hands are raised
As I worship in this place.
Lord, I thank You
For this pavilion place.

For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me up upon a rock. Psalm 27:5
