Show And Tell

It's Show and Tell Friday with CanadaGirl...it's been a while since I've had a chance to participate, seems Fridays are busy for me, but here's a picture of a great day's harvest a couple of weeks back...and that's having cut back on how much squash I planted this year.  Those little yellow scalloped squash are great...I got them from a nursery in Oregon, and have plenty of seed left for next year.

Yum! It's now our growing season and I'm hoping to get a decent squash and zucchini harvest. I've never had any luck with them in the past (mostly weather related).

Yum !!! What a bounty !!!
Yes we are practically done harvesting the garden. Green beans and greens are pretty much the only thing left.

Good Job. [0=

Oh boy! It looks like you did have plenty of squash. I have never tasted the little yellow scalloped ones. They look so cute.

That's a lot of squash. Now what will you do with it all? Recipes and such would make a great post (hint....)

October 1, 2007 - NICE!

My mouth is watering at the sight. LOL I didn't get to grow this year because we thought we would get our yard done...so I did containers. I got some tomatoes, and some radishes, and lettuce..but everything else died. LOL

My dad sold his farm, so I don't have that area to plant anymore (sniff, sniff). I need a large garden, because I love watching things grow.

Enjoy your squash!
