They look so wooly and warm. Are they pets or do you have them for other reasons?
Love your holiday header and poem. Is that a view from your home? So lovely.
The black and white Nubian mix is "Oreo", our first goat. We've had her for a year and a half or so. The others were given to us by some friends...the kids aren't as interested in the animals these days, and they offered them to us. The nubian wether, "Starbuck", was actually born here...the family we bought the house from had goats. The two mini mancha-pygmy mixes are siblings, about 3 years old. The wether is "Hershey" and the female is "Tootsie Roll". We may look into breeding the females at some point, but for now, it's good zoology study for the kids. The nubian is very friendly, and the youngsters can get up close and hug and pet him.
The view from our home is beautiful...mountains every direction. Love it!
