A gift freely given, full of hope for the one who receives;

No payment required of the one who believes.

Offered to all, but received by few,

This gift has been sent to me, to you.

To open the package and look inside,

To see the love of the One who died,

Is to come face to face with the One who lives,

To encounter the grace that He freely gives.



To leave the gift unopened, forgotten,

Is to miss out on the promise, the kingdom of Heaven.

To accept or reject, each one must decide;

Our choice, our will, He won’t override.

He loves us enough to set us free

Through the price He paid at Calvary.
