Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to my blog. I'm not a big deal. But I'd be lying if I said that my life was ordinary. I get asked sometimes how I can juggle school, this whole music career thing, and just being a regular teenager...but my take on that is: if God has called you to be who you are for Him and you go where He's called...you're not gonna be a regular teenager. I play the piano and I write songs, and I perform those songs for people on stages sometimes - that's a pretty important piece of information about my life. If you're around me for a few minutes, you'll notice that I love giving and getting hugs. :) I hate American Cheese, and I will actually get into conversations about it with other people who hate American Cheese. No, I'm not unpatriotic, I just prefer cheddar. There is an art to taking peanut butter out of the jar, and Madeline's the only one who's seemed to grasp that. I get hyper really easily. I love starbucks. But I hate coffee. Chocolate is a food group. So is ice cream. Boy and girls are different. God doesn't speak in King James. Gas is too expensive. Making up nicknames for things is fun. So is playing music. I am a licensed driver, and yes, it rocks. Converse are the coolest shoes in the world. Country Music is an oxymoron, unless it's Misty Rae, and yeah she's one of my heroes... I'm a pretty good listener, and I love stories, even though Asa seems to take way longer than any other normal human being to tell them. But that's ok. :) I love how God can flip things upside down, and how your worst enemy can become one of your best friends. Oh Briana, thanks for inviting me to ATF. ;) Eyes are amazing, and Randi's are my favorite. She's my Best. Study Halls own. I hate watching ballet, unless Becca's dancing. And it should be illegal for guys to wear those tights. But enough about me and my world. It's not mine anyway... I love Jesus. And yes, He IS the way, the truth, and the life. I believe that because the Bible said so. And no the Bible is not just another book. It is a collection of 66 historical books written by 40 different eyewitnesses, during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses, who lived in three different continents over a span of 1600 years. Each book is consistent, and none of the authors contradict each other. They report supernatural events that fulfilled specific prophecies, and they claim to be divine rather than human in origin. The historical accuracy of the Bible has been proven over and over again. We have found 6,000 of the original manuscripts, or parts of the original manuscripts. And they all point to the same thing. Jesus Christ was God. He fulfilled all the prophecies about the coming Messiah. He performed miracles. He was crucified on a cross. And three days later, He rose again.
