We started school Monday, and we've had a pretty good week so far, and I'm having fun. Here are the subejcts that I have this year:

Economics
Spanish II

Driver's Ed
Home Economics
I just started another blog, (it's at "HomesteadBlogger"). It's called "Homemaker For Him" . (the link is also on my sidebar.) I'll be posting about some of the stuff I'll be doing for home economics on that blog.
I finished reading "Pride & Prejudice", and I really liked it. I thought that it was really good.

Sep. 1, 2008 - Hmmm...What Would Be A Good Title?
Hey!
I can't seem to think of a title for this post, and no movie quotes come to mind to use for one either. I was going to post something the other day, but couldn't seem to think of anything...

Not a lot has been going on lately, we've been getting ready for school and stuff like that. I'll probably post about some of the subjects that I'll have this year later.
I'm currently reading "Pride & Prejudice", which is really good so far. I just started reading it today.
I bought the "Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian" game for PS2 the other day, (Monday, I think), and it is really cool. I finished all of the main levels Wednesday (mostly by playing 2-player mode with my brothers and sister), so now I'm trying to unlock some of the bonus levels and stuff. There's also a scene from "Prince Caspian" on the game that they didn't put in the movie. Also, while I'm talking about it, just thought I'd post that "Prince Caspian" will be out on dvd December 2.
And, I guess that is all.

Aug. 22, 2008 - 100 Books! :-)

This is just a short post...
Since I've posted before about my goal to read 100 books this year, I thought I would also post this...
I have reached my goal of 100 books!!!!!!
I just finished book #100 a few minutes ago. :-)
I'm still going to keep track of the other books that I read this year just to see how many I can read though.

Aug. 19, 2008 - My Birthday!
Hey!
Okay, I have been busy recently, so I haven't been posting.
My birthday was Sunday, (the 17th), but I had my party on Saturday (the 16th). There wasn't really a theme but I still had fun. :-) Some of my family came and my friend came over too. I had a cookout and we fixed burgers and hot dogs. I also had 2 different cakes. One was a cheesecake (one of my favorite cakes, by the way) with chocolate cake for the crust, and a fudge marble cake with cream cheese icing. I made them.
I got some really cool stuff. My family gave me a $20 gift card to a game store, because they were going to get me the "Prince Caspian" video game, but the store didn't have it in, so the got me the gift card instead, (they also bought me a POTC tv and dvd player earlier in the year as part of my birthday present since it was on sale.) I also got some shirts and a set of PJs. My grandparents gave me a really cool outfit that has a shirt that looks like a pirate shirt and a black skirt to go with it, they also gave me a POTC card game, a black shirt with "Tinkerbell" on it, and they also got me the "Lord Of The Rings" audiobook on tape. I also got some school stuff, a POTC book, a candle and some other stuff too.
Then Sunday, since it was my birthday (I also wore my new outfit), my grandparents wanted to take me out to eat for my birhtday after church, so we went out for Chinese food. Then Mom and Dad took me to buy some shoes that I have been wanting for a long time (black flats, and I also got the same shoes in brown too), and then we went to another store where I bought the "Prince Caspian" poster and I bought 2 POTC notebooks. I had an awesome birthday. :-)
Then today I went to take my driver's test for my learner's permit and I passed! I was happy, because I had been a bit nervous. :-)

Aug. 1, 2008 - I'm Still Here!
Hey!
I know, it's been sooo long since I posted, but I promise I'm still here! :-)
It just seems like I couldn't think of anything to blog about...
I changed my blog to a 3-column template, which seems to be working so far. :-) I'm currently working on a new graphics set for my blog. It's almost done.
We've also been getting stuff ready for school this year, (we start in September, I think), and I've been looking over what I've got to finish for this year. I might be graduating this year, so for the first few weeks of school I'm going to see if I'll be able to do the work before I make my final decision on that.
My birthday's coming up in a few weeks, (16 days, to be exact), so I'm excited about that too.
Um, let me see... I think that's everything for now.

I'm currently reading The Silmarillion , and I'm almost done with it. I've started reading it before, but just never finished it, so I decided to read it all the way through. It's pretty good. So far I've read 73 books this year.
I've also have been helping my brother with his blog, since he just started posting stuff on his blog.
Well, I guess that's it. Not a lot has been going on lately.

Jul. 1, 2008 - Sorry It's Been So Long...
Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I've been busy lately.
I went camping in Cades Cove a few weeks ago. It was a lot of fun!
V.B.S. was last week, it was fun too! It went great. We had fireworks on Friday night which was really cool.
Saturday we went to the drive-in and watched "Wall-E" (such a cute movie, and funny), and "Prince Caspian" . I was so excited. :-) It was like, 3:00 in the morning though when we got home. Needless to say, we were all quite tired. I'll probably post my review of "Prince Caspian" here in a little while.
Well, I guess that is all.

Jun. 5, 2008 - Hey!
Hey!
I meant to post something the other day, but I just didn't get around to it. :-)
Sunday evening, my little sister Roosie was bitten by a dog, and so Sunday was a bit traumatic, (you can read more about it here at my Mom's blog), for all of us, but especially for Roosie. She is still a little sore and she is kinda scared of dogs right now, so please pray for her.
Then, the rest of the week I've been reading (I'm currently at 63 books so far this year) :-) , and working on some of my drawings. I've been trying to get better at drawing faces, and shading, so that is what I have been practicing on.

May. 29, 2008 - Several Things...
Hey!
I know, it's been a few days since I posted...
Saturday was a very interesting day for me... why? Well, we went to "Rainforest Adventures" Saturday afternoon. My sister and youngest brother had been once before, but the rest of us hadn't. I had a lot of fun. The interesting part: I held a tarantula, which is really odd...beacuse, well, I usually am really afraid of spiders...a lot. I also got to touch an alligator and a snake and a porcupine (its head). They also had kangaroos, rabbits and some really pretty birds. There were also turtles, lizards and a lot of different snakes and a lot of other animals too.
Then later that afternoon we went camping until early Monday afternoon. I had a lot of fun. Monday afternoon we went to my grandparents' house and had a cook-out and stuff. I played some board games with my brothers, sister and my cousin, (I didn't win though... but still, the games were fun).
And today, I made a 3-column template! You can check it out at my test blog . It's not completely done yet, I'm still adding stuff to it.

Hey!
Haven't done much today. Just reading mostly. We finished school yesterday! We just had one of our lapbooks left to finish and that was it. It's been warm here today, so I went outside to read for a while.
I posted some new avatars on Treasures From Bag End, (they're "Narnia" themed.), earlier today. Um, I guess that's all for today.

Hey!
Been kinda busy lately. I've been helping my Mom decorate for VBS and stuff like that.
I also finished reading the "Chronicles Of Narnia" series today. I wanted to re-read the series and hopefully have it finished by the time "Prince Caspian" is in theatres, so I was excited that I finished it today, since I started re-reading the series on Thursday. :-) This is only the second time I've read the entire series all the way through, but some of the books I've read several times. And then I was able to watch 2 scenes from "Prince Caspian" on tv the other day, (the first of which I thought was very funny) .

Apr. 29, 2008 - ~*~ My 50th Blog Entry! ~*~
Hey!
This is my 50th blog entry!
Not much has really been going on. We went to see my grandparents Sunday, which was a lot of fun!
I have also learned how to weave a basket this week, which is very fun.
Here is one I made:
I made it last night (using embroidery thread). It took about an hour to finish. My Mom and I also made a reed basket, which didn't take as long to make, but I didn't get a picture of it, ( we were trying to figure out how long they would take to make since they are 2 of the VBS crafts this year).

Apr. 25, 2008 - A Picture I Drew...
Hey!
I couldn't really think of anything to post...so I am going to post a picture.
That is a picture I drew on our sidewalk a few weeks ago. It's just a wonderful work of art isn't it? *laughs* But that is what happens when it is warm outside, and a person who loves to draw has a piece of chalk in her hand, (okay, there were several pieces of chalk...not sidewalk chalk, but the kind of chalk you use when writing on a chalkboard...so I had to have a lot of chalk). =-) But, then the rain washed it away a few days later... =-(
Also, I posted some new "LOTR" banners on Treasures From Bag End earlier.

Apr. 21, 2008 - A Little Bit About My Visit To The Gray Fossil Museum
Hey!
Not much going on today, but I am going to post some about the museum that my Mom and Dad took us to. It was so much fun!
We went to the Gray Fossil Museum, Saturday. They had the " A T. Rex Named Sue" exhibit, which was really cool. Here is a slide show of some of the pictures my Mom took of "Sue".
Pretty cool, huh? Sue is 42 feet long, and extremely tall! We also were able to see some of the fossils found at the Gray fossil site, which I thought was really cool. Well, I guess that's all for now.

I got saved Sunday night !!! :-) I was baptized last night.

Apr. 1, 2008 - Water Gun Fight!!!!!
Hey! Today was very fun. In school today, I had to do English, Math and Science, but it wasn't too bad. Then after that, my brothers and I helped my Mom with some stuff outside. But, then the suggestion came up that we should have a water gun fight...VERY FUN! Especially since there were four of us playing, (me, my brothers, and my sister).
Good thing it has been very warm today. I don't think that you could really say that any of us won, but I sure had fun.
Um, let me see,what else...
I'm thinking about changing my template soon, to "Chronicles Of Narnia", but I'm not sure yet.
