A Trip to an Animal Museum

We went to an animal museum where  we saw the biggest  dinosaur bones. I was very fascinated with the dinosaur bones. In fact, I was so engrossed that I didn't have time to pose for a picture.

We found a gi-mungous claw. Gi-mungous means gigantic. I thought the claw was very, very cool. My hand was as big as the claw.

Wow! That dinosaur sure has big feet! My whole body could fit into that footprint.

I thought this was very cool because the snake skeleton has so many ribs.

This is the second floor. There were a lot of butterflies on this floor. Mommy took a lot of pictures of these. But I will only show one. The white ones with the orange tips are my favorite.

I think the museum was not yet finished on the second floor because the stuffed animals were not in cases. I thought that this dog looked very freaky. Wherever I walked, it seemed to be looking at me.

I thought this dog was the freakiest because of its mouth being a little open.

I thought the lemurs were funny. I like lemurs, so I waited until no one was there and I petted them.

Then I started to get the courage to touch a bunch of other things like red pandas.

My favorite big cat is the tiger, so I immediately ran over to it and hugged it.

This turtle is very huge, but I think I've seen bigger.

This yak's fur was so coarse I didn't even like petting it.

Mommy noticed this little cub. I couldn't help but hug it and kiss it!

It looks like you had a lot of fun!

The animals look like they would have been fun to pet, and I think those dogs would scare me too! : )

Hi Sprite. I am a bloggy friend with your mom. We love crafts and lapbooking too. I have 5 children. My dad is actually a taxidermist. He mounts animals like these to make them look life-like again. (He can not mount any domestic animals though as it is illegal in the US.) Those dogs were freaky. I loved the tiger cubs too! The yak was cool to see. Thanks for sharing! You got some great FUn photos!
