Nov. 1, 2008 - The Here After House: Before And After
Hello everyone!
Last night was the last night of my church's 6-day Halloween put together walk-through called the Here After House. It shows a little of what we think heaven and hell would be like and earth after a Tornado accident. This year we had a holding room, one hell hallway, 1 hell room, our usual heaven scene, the ER, and another earth room.
We had at least 3,000 people walk through it, 124 people saved, and many many more counseld.
It was an amazing expiriance! I was in the Hell Hallway and we had 9 or 10 parts. I did five of them throught the week.
I also got to form relationships with new people and stregnthen relationships that I have already made. Its realy sad though now that its over because it was so much fun. ~sobs~
But I was glad I had gotten the opportunity to serve God in such a wonderful way for the 2nd year in a row. I can't wait for next year!
Some guys also were demons in Hell but the rest of us were eather the mad scientist, the know it all, the good person, the time lady, the busy lady, the scared lady, the bloody person, the church lady, or the evolution believing teenager.
Our makeup was realy cool and gross! The scar stuff ripped our skin off, the blood never dried and got in our hair, the dirt is being stubborn to get off our skin, and the hair spray stained our scalps for a while, but it was all soooooo awesome anyway! LOL
I actually have a few pix to show you of my face when I did my make up and when the ladys did it.
