Assignment #3
So it’s week three and we’re going strong. I was very surprised last week at how many participated. I am so overjoyed that you all are doing it! Let’s get back to work! Here is your next assignment: We’ve already written about what the meaning of our state’s title. Of course the titles were given to the states when the US started to become a great nation. So this week you must post about all the famous people from you state. Please refrain from posting too much about secular pop-culture icons. The stars from the latest Disney show is not a "famous" person. Let’s say "Historical" figures from your state. Please write a little bit about them. If it’s an author list a few books they were noted for. Or maybe it’s a great captain from the Revolutionary, War of 812, or the Civil War – write about the wars they were noted for. Also, I am having the icons remade, smaller and better, so please do not put it on your sidebar just yet. And if you already did, great! But I will have new, better, ones soon!

Hi! I am doing these for school. I am not sure what I will find! I do not know of anyone off the top of my head, that is famous, historical and from AZ!

I still don't see Kentucky on here. Maybe you didn't get the three comments I left about adding it. I know my mom can make me a KY thing but I wanted to have one like all the other states have. And my name still is not on your friends list, so I guess I won't be able to participate after all. I'm sad!
