This week is an easy assignment. I thought I'd giv eyou all a break since Booklover couldn't find any famous people from her state. All you do to is research...

State bird:
        *Post a picture
        *What different colours does it haves?
        *What kind of habitat does it have?
        *When does it reach maturity?
        *What is special about it or interesting
        *How long has it been the state bird?
        *Was it originally from your state or was it imported from elsewhere?
        *Write your thoughts about the flower. What you think of it.

State tree:
        *How long has it been the state tree?
        *What tree was the previous state tree?
        *Post pictures of it in every season
        *What is special or interesting about it?
        *Does it bear fruit or nuts?
        *Write your thoughts about the flower. What you think of it.

State flower:
        *Post a picture
        *What different colours does it have?
        *Where it most likely to grow?
        *When does it grow and bloom?
        *How long has it been the state flower?
        *Was it originally from your state or was it imported from elsewhere?
        *Write your thoughts about the flower. What you think of it.

State Parks
        *List all state parks in your state?
        *Most popular park?
        *First state park was built in____
        *Is it a main attraction in your state?
        *How many acres is the largest park?
        *How many acres is the smallest?
        *Does your state have a "National" park?
        *Have you ever been to any of your state parks?
        *If so post a few pictures from your visit
        *What was most interesting about the park?
        *If you could visit any park in your state, which would it be?

Industry
        *Name one of your state's industry
        *Why is it important?
        *Post a picture of an industry (symbol, trademark, building)

Agriculture
        *Top produced agriculture item in your state
        *List all agriculture produced in your state
        *Post a picture of an agriculture in your state

And, also, would you all please make "StatesExploration" category and list your assignments in it. This way when someone is looking for info on your state, then can just click on that category.

Hi! I saw that you made it eaiser becasue of me! Thanks.:-)
I don't under stand why you put, "soil" and stuff like that. am i supposed to find my states soil kind?:-)
